D-SUB 25-pin connector for the IP501M Adapter cable to connect Microphone, Phones and PTT plus other accessories.
This cable is required in order to connect to the IP501M Aircraft Audio Harness Adapter allowing interface to the Aircraft Mic and Phones with PTT.
