Warranty Policy
DynaNav Systems Inc. (DynaNav) warrants that its DynaFlight and Vektor products are free from defects caused by faulty material or poor workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale. Date of sale shall mean the date of the invoice to the original customer for the product. DynaNav gives full software support for one (1) year from the date of sale for the released version of software purchased. Software updates are published on the web and are free to the owner of a DynaNav product(s).
Optional extended warranty packages are available for purchase through the ServicePak program.
Products not manufactured by DynaNav carry the same warranty which DynaNav receives from the manufacturer of the product and no other warranty. All ordered replacement parts or parts replaced during the warranty period assume the un-expired portion of the original parts’ warranty. Shipping F.O.B. Pitt Meadows.
The warranties and remedies are exclusive and all other warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including the implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for any particular purpose are excluded.
DynaNav shall not be liable for the loss, damage, or expense arising directly or indirectly out of THE PURCHASE, installation, operation, use, or licensing or products or services. In no event shall DynaNav be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind or nature due to any cause.
ServicePak
The “ServicePak” program will be provided, on a fee basis, for a minimum yearly period and will mirror the current warranty package.
In summary the package will include:
- Continuous software upgrades over the internet during the “ServicePak” period.
- Repair or replacement of hardware components other than those that have been damaged through misuse and abuse.
- For in-season failure, upon conferring with DynaNav support group and in the event that a repair cannot immediately be resolved, a loaner unit will be provided to the end-user while their unit is returned to the factory for repair.
At this time, sales for the DynaFlight AirAg-E, DynaFlight 3, and Vektor systems will be provided with the “ServicePak” program for a fee to be determined year-to-year. DynaNav Systems Inc. offers this new “ServicePak” program not only to its new clientele, but also to its many existing customers around the world at any time after the expiration of the original ServicePak Warranty period.
