The IP501H Handheld LTE Radio gives the operator the ability to have One on One communication as well as Group calls. You can be in any state or province and have direct instant communications. Using a Secure Private Network on the Cellular Network, the ICOM LTE radios give full coverage the same as your cell phone. In the USA it is presently serviced through the AT&T Network. In Canada it is through the Telus or Shaw Network.
Monthly or annual subscription plans are available for the Cellular network. Monthly plans can turn subscriptions on and off on a monthly basis, without penalty.
